Customer Satisfaction Survey Programs are designed to provide you with a means of measuring the level of customer satisfaction with your products and services.
Our associates would place calls directly to customers who have conducted business with you. Each survey program would consist of a series of questions and the scripting would be designed to meet your specific areas of concern.
Similar to the Mystery Shop and Remote Monitoring programs, each survey call would be evaluated on a Customer Satisfaction Survey form and a series of management reports would be included for each program period.
