Coaching Programs consist of individual training sessions, where the focus is on the individual representative and telephone handling skills.

These training sessions provide individual coaching to the representative on a permanent or as needed basis. Individualized sessions are twenty to thirty minutes in length and are conducted over the telephone. Focus is on the individual representative’s strengths and weaknesses with each session tailored specifically for the individual.

Training includes: basics of telephone skills, role playing, positive reinforcement, problem solving, effective listening and effective questioning skills.
